Can I see the property before buying?
Absolutely. We encourage all of our buyers to visit the property before buying. Not only does it help you see the value of your investment up front, but you can also make plans about how you will use the lot once you've purchased it.
If you like one of the properties we send you, you can schedule a viewing to see the property in person. If you like the property, you can claim it at the asking price, or submit an offer on the property webpage.
Next we email you a simple 1-page purchase agreement for e-signing. Once the purchase agreement is e-signed, we'll send it over to the Title Company or Closing Attorney. Closing will be scheduled within 14 days.
In general, closing will take place in 14 days or less from the time of signing the Purchase Agreement.
